IN BRIEF: Quilter adds two new board members as another set to depart

Quilter PLC - London-based wealth manager - Appoints Kal Atwal and Kan Kotecha as non-executive directors, with effect from September 1. Atwal is a non-executive director of FTSE 100-listed hospitality firm Whitbread PLC and of Kent-based mortgage lender OSB Group PLC. Kotecha is a chief technology officer at Capital Integration Systems. He has served on the board of Avantax Inc, a US-listed financial services company. Quilter also says Moira Kilcoyne will step down as a non-executive director on December 31 after a decade in post.
