Nuformix PLC - London-based pharmaceutical development company focused on fibrosis and oncology via drug repurposing - Hires Tim Metcalfe to be non-executive chair, starting September 1, Tuesday next week. Metcalfe is a corporate financier who among other City roles was joint CEO of Zeus Capital Ltd. At Nuformix, he replaces Julian Gilbert, who is stepping down for "personal reasons".
