Agrees to sell its Colombia and Ecuador business to Indonesia's Pertamina-backed Maurel & Prom in a USD1.33 billion enterprise value deal. The oil producer expects USD315 million in net cash proceeds. It plans to return a portion of this to shareholders through a share buyback and retain the balance to fund operations in Canada and Azerbaijan. Separately, Gran Tierra swings to a second-quarter net profit of USD24.9 million from a USD12.7 million loss a year earlier, while adjusted Ebitda rises to USD85.1 million from USD77.0 million.

----------

S4 Capital PLC, up 20% at 47.10 pence, 12-month range 15.70p-48.00p. Narrows its first-half pretax loss to GBP100,000 from GBP25.1 million a year earlier, despite net revenue falling 6.2% to GBP308.0 million from GBP328.2 million and billings declining 3.7% to GBP891.9 million. The digital advertising firm declares its inaugural interim dividend of 1.35p per share, expects lower year-end net debt and operational Ebitda of around GBP85 million, while forecasting adjusted earnings per share ahead of consensus despite guiding for a mid-single-digit decline in like-for-like revenue for 2026.

----------

London BTC Co Ltd, up 6.8% at 1.55 pence, 12-month range 1.25p-7.40p. Reports gold assay results of up to 143.1 grams per tonne at its Amonett-Frank project in Nevada, the highest gold grade recorded across its US portfolio to date. The company also says fire assay verification has confirmed all previously announced high-grade results and appoints Dahrouge Geological Consulting to accelerate exploration activities across its US assets. Chair David Lenigas says: "143 grams of gold per tonne is a truly exceptional grade at Amonett-Frank. Just as importantly, we have now put every one of our high-grade results through fire assay verification and have validated all of our previously announced high-grade results reported from our Nevada portfolio. This gives us real confidence in the quality of the ground we have secured thus far."

----------

ECR Minerals PLC, up 11% at 0.21 pence, 12-month range 0.19p-0.40p. Advances development of its 50%-owned Maddens gold project in Queensland towards production, with underground development identifying a new mineralised quartz vein containing visible gold. Ore now is being stockpiled ahead of processing. The company also prepares to install a Knelson gravity concentrator, progresses trial alluvial mining at the Brothers project, and says multiple operational and geological workstreams are advancing in parallel as it targets near-term gold production.

----------

Marechale Capital PLC, up 9.5% at 5.50 pence, 12-month range 1.40p-8.50p. Launches the second-generation tokenisation platform developed by its wholly owned subsidiary Blubird, combining tokenised assets, legal contracts and ownership records into a single digital registry and marketplace. The platform supports more than 25 asset classes, including real estate, renewable energy and infrastructure, with the company saying it strengthens security, ownership verification and legal certainty for digital assets.
