Lansdowne Resources PLC - resource exploration company focused on Macaubas graphite project in Brazil - On Wednesday, says Jeffrey Auld, non-executive chair, is stepping down with immediate effect. This follows the resignation of chief executive Stephen Boldy at the end of July. The company says both will continue to support the company's ongoing Energy Charter Treaty arbitration claim against the government of Ireland.
