capAI PLC, up 33% at 0.64 pence, 12-month range 0.481p-6.2p. Announces licence and option agreement with R42 Group LLC covering the latter's preventative health data platform Ageotype. capAI says the deal represents its first platform within its capMedical vertical. It now has an exclusive worldwide licence to develop and commercialise Ageotype and a discretionary option to acquire the associated intellectual property for consideration of GBP2.0 million. Licence period expires on July 22 next year. Says R42 will be entitled to 20% of net proceeds from any future monetisation of the underlying IP if capAI exercises the acquisition option.

----------

Videndum PLC, down 36% at 257.5 pence, 12-month range 257.5p-25,000p. The branded content creation hardware products and software solutions provider hires Jan Peter Tewes from Villeroy & Boch as chief executive officer, effective from August 17. Chair Stephen Harris will resume his role as non-executive chair. Videndum also releases a trading update, ahead of reporting its half-year results on August 5. Expects revenue to be in line with the first half of 2025 on a like-for-like basis, and adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation "to be modestly ahead". Net debt is GBP39 million as of June 30, including GBP24 million in finance leases. Says trading in the period "was challenging", and now expects adjusted Ebitda between GBP15 million and GBP18 million, citing "ongoing challenging trading conditions". "Performance was impacted by disruption arising from the conflict in the Middle East, which increased logistics costs, extended delivery times and delayed purchasing decisions," Videndum says. "This, combined with production challenges at the Feltre manufacturing facility, resulted in a proportion of sales being deferred to the second half of the year."

----------

Mission Group PLC, up 23% at 19 pence, 12-month range 12.5p-26p. The owner of a group of digital marketing and communications agencies says its performance for the first half of 2026 was in line with expectations, with headline operating profit before adjustments expected to be up 10% at GBP2.4 million from GBP2.2 million in 2025. Also expects headline pretax profit to rise 27% to GBP1.4 million from GBP1.1 million, but for revenue to total GBP32.5 million, down from GBP34.1 million. Says it won new clients across all segments, and "maintained its track record of strong client retention". Enters the second half "with a strong new business pipeline," and says it continues to make progress against its key strategic growth priorities, including US expansion and further development of new business opportunities. Notes that "market conditions remain uncertain," but "remains confident in delivering profitable growth across all business segments". Says it is on track to meet full-year market guidance, which it gives as GBP70.0 million in revenue and GBP8.1 million in headline operating profit, up from GBP5.1 million for 2025.
