Small-cap and AIM movers in focus:

Mind Gym, down 11% at 5.25p, 12-month range 5.00p-16.00p. The personal and business coaching service says it "has seen particularly challenging market conditions" during the six months that ended September 30. It expects half-year revenue to fall 15% to GBP11.5 million from GBP13.5 million a year prior. It expects the adjusted loss before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation to widen to GBP2.6 million from GBP1.0 million.

----------

City of London Investment Group, down 10% at 467.50p, 12-month range 349.00p-544.00p. The asset management firm says sentiment in its asset classes was "muted" in the first quarter ended September 30. "Net outflows were primarily driven by client rebalancing and portfolio allocation decisions across the City of London Investment Management business following periods of strong relative and absolute investment performance. These withdrawals were concentrated in Emerging Markets, International Equity and Other," it notes. Net outflows during the quarter totalled USD667 million, while the market and investment performance hit assets under management by a further USD127 million, "reflecting volatile market conditions during the period". Funds under management totalled USD11.52 billion at the end of September, down from USD12.31 billion in June.

----------

RC365 Holding, up 8.7% at 6.25p, 12-month range 1.01p-10.50p. The payment solutions reports it wins an additional development contract worth HKD2 million, some USD250,000, with an existing client of its Wealth Management System. The deal is for integration and development services. "The additional services are designed to extend the functionality of the Wealth Management System and support a more connected client experience," it adds.

----------

Diales Group PLC, up 6.1% at 32.36p, 12-month range 15.00p-38.25p. The professional services consultancy, focused on construction and engineering, expects to report revenue rising to GBP44.0 million in the year to September 30, from GBP41.2 million. Underlying operating profit from continuing operations of no less than GBP1.8 million is expected, a climb of at least 20% from GBP1.5 million and beating market expectations.

----------

Mulberry Group PLC, up 4.8% at 240.00p, 12-month range 85.00p-290.00p. The luxury handbag maker says sales have improved in its first half, supported by "strong customer demand across both seasonal and core collections". In a trading update, it says group sales rose 18% on-year in the six months to September 26. "The group maintained a disciplined approach to trading, resisting discounting and generating strong full-price sales. Excluding markdown activity, promotional sales represented a 300 basis point lower proportion of sales than the prior year period, supporting gross margin performance," it adds. "Our US business continued to perform well, benefiting from increased customer demand, positive digital performance, including the launch of Bloomingdale's Marketplace, and the expansion of the brand's wholesale presence. Our European business also performed strongly."
