Small-cap and AIM movers in focus:

----------

Naked Wines PLC, up 14% at 71.70 pence, 12-month range 56.60p-79.00p. The online wine retailer announces plans to return between GBP2.0 million and GBP5.7 million to shareholders through a tender offer priced at 80p per share, representing a 27% premium to its previous closing price of 63p. The offer will cover up to 7.1 million shares, equivalent to around 11% of its issued share capital, with the final amount dependent on trading during the peak pre-Christmas period. Naked Wines also says trading in the first half of financial 2027 remains in line with guidance, with net cash rising to GBP34.0 million at September 28 from GBP33.4 million at the end of financial 2026. Member retention improves to 79% from 76% a year earlier, while gross margin increases to 21.7% from 19.5%, supported by price rises. The company reiterates full-year guidance for revenue of GBP158 million to GBP175 million, adjusted Ebitda excluding inventory liquidation costs and adjusted items of GBP7.6 million to GBP9.0 million, and net cash of GBP34 million to GBP42 million before the tender offer. Shareholders will vote on the proposed buyback on December 8, with completion expected on December 16.

----------

Roebuck Food Group PLC, down 49% at 10.50 pence, 12-month range 10.50p-28.50p. Shares in the food group resume trading on AIM following the completion of an equity raise. Roebuck raises EUR9.0 million through a subscription, with 62.3 million shares placed at 9p each.

----------

Feedback PLC, down 19% at 3.90 pence, 12-month range 3.90p-14.75p. The medical imaging technology company reports a narrowed full-year pretax loss of GBP3.4 million from GBP7.2 million a year earlier, while revenue falls to GBP780,139 from GBP885,623. Impairment charges on intangible assets decrease to GBP310,614 from GBP3.2 million. Feedback warns that its cash runway remains tight, with a wide range of potential outcomes, and says additional contracts and/or fundraising will be required to support liquidity. Without new contract wins, the company expects its existing cash resources to last until the end of the first quarter of 2027.

----------

Lords Group Trading PLC, down 17% at 9.50 pence, 12-month range 9.50p-31.70p. The building materials distributor lowers its full-year outlook as it anticipates a recovery in demand will take longer than previously expected, delaying the anticipated improvement in trading until later in financial 2027. Lords Group now expects adjusted Ebitda of around GBP16 million for financial 2026, amid continued challenging trading conditions in its Plumbing & Heating division. Revenue declines 2.8% year-on-year in the four months ended October 31, bringing the year-to-date decline to 0.5%. The company reports continued growth in its Merchanting and Digital divisions and confirms it has completed amendments to its banking facilities.
