Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC - oil and gas exploration and production company which operates in Kazakhstan - As previously announced, wholly-owned subsidiary Nostrum Oil & Gas Finance BV was required by June 30 to have paid accrued interest on certain outstanding notes guaranteed by Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC. As the interest has not been paid, Nostrum Oil & Gas Finance BV launches a consent solicitation with respect to the "event of default" as specified in the note terms.
