Small-cap and AIM movers in focus:

----------

Georgina Energy PLC, down 20% at 7.00 pence, 12-month range 2.30p-16.00p. The helium, hydrogen and natural gas exploration company warns of further delays and increased costs in mobilising a drilling rig to its Hussar EP513 project in Australia, as road closures affecting heavy vehicles and unpredictable weather continue to hamper access. Georgina says it has completed all civil engineering and site preparation works but is still working with Ensign Energy Services on a mobilisation plan for the Ensign 970 rig. The proposed schedule would take eight to 10 weeks from formal notification to begin mobilisation activities, subject to road closures being lifted. The company expects additional costs relating to rig reactivation following an extended period of inactivity, as well as higher transport expenses due to a longer route, additional equipment requirements and increased fuel prices. Georgina and its advisers are assessing alternative access routes to the Hussar site.

----------

Kendrick Resources PLC, down 17% at 4.35 pence, 12-month range 0.23p-10.50p. The mineral exploration and development company reports progress at its Bonya rare earths project in Namibia, where it has completed its planned drilling programme targeting subsurface carbonatites at Teufelskuppe, with 100 diamond and reverse circulation holes drilled. Drilling at the nearby Kieshohe deposit remains ongoing, while rare earth recovery testwork at an independent European laboratory is well advanced. Kendrick says work is progressing on a maiden mineral resource estimate for Teufelskuppe, which has been commissioned, alongside efforts to establish partnerships and secure financing. The company holds an agreement to acquire a 70% interest in the two project licences and is working to advance both deposits towards production.

----------

S4 Capital PLC, down 17% at 44.625 pence, 12-month range 15.70p-57.00p. The digital advertising firm lowers its 2026 net revenue outlook amid continued client caution and macroeconomic uncertainty. S4 now expects like-for-like net revenue to decline slightly more than its previous guidance of a high-single-digit-percentage fall, although operational Ebitda is still forecast to meet analyst consensus of GBP85 million. The operational Ebitda margin is expected to improve by at least 160 basis points to 13.7%. Third-quarter net revenue falls 6.4% to GBP156.3 million from GBP167.0 million a year earlier, down 7.3% on a like-for-like basis, as revenue in the Americas declines 9.0%, partly offset by growth in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific. For the first nine months, net revenue falls 6.2% to GBP464.3 million from GBP495.2 million. Net debt at September 30 narrows to GBP76.0 million, down GBP75.1 million year-on-year, while S4 Capital expects to finish 2026 comfortably within its GBP50 million to GBP80 million target range. Executive Chair Martin Sorrell says clients remain cautious amid geopolitical uncertainty, with major technology customers prioritising artificial intelligence infrastructure investment over operating expenditure. He adds that the company continues to focus on cost control and expects growing opportunities from clients adopting emerging technologies.

----------

Gem Resources PLC, up 14% at 0.40 pence, 12-month range 0.15p-0.55p. Agrees the conditional sale of its entire interest in the Gravelotte emerald mine in South Africa to Global Gem Mines Ltd for up to USD2.4 million, as it shifts its focus towards revenue-generating gold processing operations. The agreement comprises a fixed purchase price of USD1.7 million, including USD1.3 million in cash by completion and two deferred payments of USD200,000 each. Gem Resources will retain a 5% gross revenue royalty on rough emeralds mined and sold from Gravelotte for up to two years following completion, capped at USD700,000. The disposal remains subject to regulatory approval in South Africa and other conditions. The buyer will fund the mine's care, maintenance and operating costs ahead of completion once the required appointments are made. Gem Resources says the sale supports its strategic repositioning, including the proposed acquisition of the El Yarumo gold processing operation in Colombia.

----------

88 Energy Ltd, up 12% at 1.15 pence, 12-month range 0.95p-2.20p. The Alaska-focused oil and gas exploration company secures a farm-out agreement with Westlawn Americas Offshore LLC worth up to USD10.9 million to support drilling and evaluation at its South Prudhoe project on the North Slope of the US state. Under the agreement, Westlawn will acquire a 40% working interest in the project, while 88 Energy retains a 60% stake and operatorship. Westlawn will contribute USD9.2 million towards drilling and evaluating the Augusta-1 exploration well, covering around 52% of the planned well budget, alongside a further USD1.7 million for project-related costs and preparations for a potential flow test. It also will fund 40% of any subsequent flow testing programme if drilling is successful. Augusta-1 is scheduled to begin drilling in the first quarter of 2027, targeting gross unrisked prospective resources of 133.7 million barrels of oil across three reservoir intervals. The companies also establish a framework to explore further opportunities across Alaska's North Slope.
