Eurasia Mining PLC - London-based palladium, platinum, rhodium, iridium and gold miner - Says it is working to complete the West Kytlim sale and the Monchetundra detailed design completion as soon as practicable. In December, the firm said it has agreed to sell its West Kytlim mining operations in the Urals to a Russian company for USD9 million, saying the decision reduces the risk the mine will be nationalised by Russia without compensation in response to the freeze of Russian assets in Europe. Eurasia said it will sell the West Kytlim assets to LLC KS Logistics, "a non-sanctioned infrastructure company in Russia working in transportation, infra-structure development, retail sales and information technology development and management." On Monday, Eurasia Mining says it "continues to expect that both developments will proceed as announced, and will update as soon as available". At NKT, the company says work continues to advance a feasibility study to support the application for a mining licence and to plan for the integration of this with the Monchetundra mine plan. Eurasia Mining PLC - palladium, platinum, rhodium, iridium and gold miner - Enters into trade finance loan agreement with Sanderson Capital Partners Ltd for up to GBP2.5 million. The funds are to provide the firm with "working capital finance". Chair Christian Schaffalitzky pledges 94.6 million of his shares in firm as collateral for loan. The loan is interest fee and repayable by August 29 of next year. Sanderson may convert the loan at an average conversion price of 2.7p per share, a 17% premium to Eurasia Mining's share price on June 28, the last trading day before suspension. The stock was suspended at the start of July as it did not report 2023 results in time. It releases these results on Friday. Read More
Eurasia Mining PLC - palladium, platinum, rhodium, iridium and gold miner - Says it is in talks with a lender for a trade finance loan, as it currently has a cash runway in the UK only until November. The loan is intended to cover Eurasia's working capital needs until it can sell its inventory of platinum group metals concentrate or the company's assets. Eurasia says it is focused on the sale of the company's assets as its first priority. Meanwhile, the audit of Eurasia's 2023 accounts is "progressing towards completion". Eurasia Mining shares have been suspended from trading on AIM in London since July 1 after failing to publish its annual results on time. Read More
