Home REIT PLC - London-based real estate investment trust, which invests in UK social housing - Sells a further 152 properties for GBP26.8 million, representing 11% of the company's portfolio value. Proceeds will be used to fully repay its outstanding Scottish Widows Ltd loan by the end of the calendar year, which amounted to GBP72.0 million in September.
