Small-cap and AIM movers in focus:

----------

Focus Xplore PLC, up 71% at 0.0325 pence, 12-month range 0.02p-0.05p. The minerals exploration and development company completes the acquisitions of Nova Aurum Exploration Ltd and 1597320 BC Ltd following the admission of 3.08 billion new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. The acquisitions add five early-stage gold exploration properties in Canada, covering a combined 86.44 square kilometres across Ontario and Newfoundland and Labrador. The portfolio comprises three properties in Ontario and two in Newfoundland and Labrador, targeting various gold deposits and, in some cases, base metals. Focus Xplore also announces the appointment of Jack Dann as a director and outlines plans for exploration programmes across the newly acquired properties.

----------

Oxford Metrics PLC, down 8.5% at 31.95 pence, 12-month range 27.50p-60.40p. The motion capture technology company warns that trading since its first-half results has fallen short of expectations and cuts its financial outlook. Oxford Metrics now expects revenue of GBP47 million to GBP51 million for the 15 months ending December 31, alongside an adjusted earnings before interest and tax loss of GBP500,000 to GBP3.9 million, below current market expectations. It says cost savings and margin improvement measures are progressing ahead of plan and expects adjusted Ebit for financial 2027 to be at or above current market expectations, although revenue is expected to fall short. Separately, Oxford Metrics announces a share buyback of up to GBP3 million and the acquisition of assets from Move AI Ltd, whose markerless motion capture technology it describes as "highly complementary" to its Vicon business. It also confirms the appointment of Stefan Lampa as chief executive, with Lampa joining the board on December 1.

----------

Mincon Group PLC, up 8.9% at 85.50 pence, 12-month range 36.50p-85.50p. The engineering group expects full-year 2026 revenue and Ebitda to exceed current market expectations following continued strong trading momentum in the third quarter. Mincon says year-to-date revenue is up 28% versus the prior year, supporting its upgraded outlook.

----------

Caledonia Mining Corp, down 5.6% at 1700 pence, 12-month range 1,250.00p-2,840.00p. The Zimbabwe-focused gold miner cuts its annual production guidance for the Blanket mine following weaker-than-expected third-quarter output. Gold production falls 11% to 17,030 ounces from 19,106 ounces a year earlier, while nine-month production declines 16% to 49,158 ounces from 58,846 ounces. Caledonia lowers its 2026 production guidance to 69,000 to 72,500 ounces from 72,000 to 76,500 ounces, citing insufficient compressed air capacity in deeper, higher-grade mining areas and the temporary retention of gold in its processing plant. It raises its on-mine cost guidance to USD1,700 to USD1,900 per ounce sold from USD1,600 to USD1,800, while all-in sustaining cost guidance increases to USD2,650 to USD2,850 from USD2,500 to USD2,700. The company also reduces its annual capital expenditure guidance to USD94.3 million from USD103.3 million, reflecting the deferral of certain spending into 2027. Caledonia expects production to recover in the fourth quarter as it deploys additional compressors and recovers around 1,100 ounces of gold retained in the processing plant.
