Small-cap and AIM movers in focus:

----------

Alkemy Capital Investments PLC, up 9.5% at 270.50 pence, 12-month range 207.5p-445p. Receives indicative terms for a senior secured credit facility of up to USD150 million towards Train 1, the first 25,000 tonne per year production train of subsidiary Tees Valley Lithium Ltd's lithium hydroxide refinery. Says this builds on the Drive35 capital grant offer in principle of up to GBP18.3 million announced in September. Combined, these represent the majority of the Train 1 funding. Alkemy says discussions continue with other prospective lenders.

----------

Ibstock PLC, down 11% at 71.68 pence, 12-month range 70.93p-142p. Says it expects its second-half performance to be materially below its previous expectations, putting full-year adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation "in the mid-GBP40 million range". UK brick market volumes declined by about 17% on a year before across July and August, Ibstock says, and weak market conditions continued through September and October, putting third-quarter clay division/brick sales 22% below expectations. Ibstock has reduced third-quarter production by 20% against the plans it set out at the half-year. It expects lower fixed-cost absorption to reduce adjusted Ebitda by about GBP6 million.

----------

Litigation Capital Management Ltd, down 16% at 0.42 pence, 12-month range 0.29p-11p. Announces that its debt covenant waiver from Northleaf, due to expire on Saturday, has been extended to November 13. Says the shortened two-week waiver period reflects the fact that the conditions precedent to the long-term amendment to the debt facility are close to being completed. Loan interest remains increased by 2.00% per annum.

----------

Ixico PLC, up 23% at 14.50 pence, 12-month range 6.63p-14.5p. Wins a global Phase 3 clinical trial contract in Huntington's disease with an unnamed international biotechnology company. Says the contract is worth GBP2.7million in revenue over the next six years. "This contract...demonstrates our continued progress in strengthening our order book through an increasing contribution from later-stage clinical trials, providing long-term revenue visibility and supporting our growth ambitions," says Chief Executive Bram Goorden.

----------

Quadrise PLC, up 14% at 1.65 pence, 12-month range 0.89p-3.31p. Updates on its project with Valkor Technologies LLC in Utah. Valkor now expects to pay USD300,000 of the outstanding USD950,000 site licence fee balance, which was due by Saturday, in early November 2026. Expects the remaining US$650,000 balance to be paid upon completion of Valkor's ongoing fundraising process in the fourth quarter. Says preparations for deployment of its 600 barrels per day multifuel manufacturing unit continue, with shipment and mobilisation on site planned following receipt of the outstanding licence fee balance.
