Great Portland Estates PLC - London-based office space developer and landlord - Says Moody's Ratings reaffirms its Baa2 long-term issuer rating with a stable outlook following a periodic review. The result reflects strong balance sheet, market positioning and resilient business strategy, Great Portland Estates says. Moody's also cites a high-quality central London office portfolio, record leasing activity in financial 2026, rental growth and financial flexibility. Great Portland will provide half-year results on November 19.
