Great Portland Estates PLC - London-based property developer - Says apparel and homeware retailer TK Maxx has signed up to lease a 22,500 square feet retail space at Great Portland's 92,100 square feet Mount Royal retail property on London's Oxford Street. The new space will be TK Maxx's second Oxford Street store, "having traded successfully from the street since 2019". Company also announces that health and beauty retailer Superdrug has re-geared its retail lease on its 8,000 square feet store at Mount Royal for another ten years. Both spaces are west of Oxford Circus. Says it has a further 20,000 square feet of "prime retail space" under offer at Mount Royal's western side, and expects more deals later this year. Read More
