Apax Global Alpha Ltd - London-based investment trust - Apax IX Fund, in which AGA is a limited partner, sells remaining shares in Vilnius-based classifieds company Baltic Classifieds Group PLC. The transaction including prior distributions, will deliver Apax IX a 59% internal rate of return. AGA's look through investment will have returned EUR31 million after completion. Apax IX acquired BCG in 2019. A filing on Monday said Antler EquityCo Sarl, which is controlled by funds advised by Apax Partners LLP, completed its exit from Baltic Classifieds, selling all its remaining 63 million shares, a 13% stake, in a placing at 247 pence each. Baltic Classifieds Group PLC - online classified ads portal provider in Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia - Antler EquityCo Sarl, which is controlled by funds advised by Apax Partners LLP, completed its exit from Baltic Classifieds, selling all its remaining 63 million shares, a 13% stake, in a placing at 247 pence each. The GBP156 million share sale is larger than first announced. Late on Friday, BofA Securities Europe SA, the sole global coordinator for the placing, said Antler would sell about 30 million shares. BofA on Monday says the offer was doubled in size "on the back of strong deal momentum". Antler had sold 40 million shares back at the start of June. Read More

Baltic Classifieds Group PLC - online classified ads portal provider in Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia - Antler EquityCo Sarl, which is controlled by funds advised by Apax Partners, intends to sell 30 million shares by way of an accelerated bookbuild to institutional investors. The placing represents around 6% of company's share capital. Share sale worth around GBP83 million. Antler currently owns just over 63 million shares, a 13% interest in Baltic Classifieds. In addition, company intends to buy back 4.2 million shares alongside the placing. Worth around GBP11.6 million. BofA Securities Europe SA is acting as sole global coordinator in connection with the placing. Antler has undertaken that it will not dispose of any further shares in Baltic Classified for a period of 90 days following completion of the placing.
