Aberdeen Group PLC - Edinburgh-based wealth and asset management - Senior Independent Director Jonathan Asquith will take over as interim board chair until a permanent chair can be found. Last year, Aberdeen said Douglas Flint wouldn't stand for chair at this year's annual general meeting, which will be held on April 29.
