Helios Towers PLC - London-headquartered telecommunications tower owner - Arbejdsmarkedets Tillægspension sells 50.6 million Helios shares at 94 pence each, worth GBP48 million. The share sale, first announced after the London market close on Tuesday, was run as an accelerated bookbuild by BofA Securities Europe SA.
