RC365 Holding PLC - payment solutions and fintech company, which operates primarily in east and southeast Asia - Hires 'Lucas' Ka Ming Tang as chief financial officer, effective immediately, and the resignation of now-former CFO Esther Quah, also effective immediately. Also appoints 'Daisy' Qiuhong Liang to its board as an executive director. The new CFO "is a senior finance, corporate advisory and internal controls professional with experience in corporate restructuring, cross-border financial strategy and regulatory governance," RC365 says, with "experience developing and implementing internal-control frameworks for growing SaaS and information technology businesses serving the SME market in Hong Kong and Macao."
