Acolad generated GBP182 million in revenue and GBP13 million in adjusted Ebitda in 2025, and is expected to contribute around GBP155 million in annualised revenue and GBP11 million in adjusted Ebitda in RWS's 2027 financial year. RWS says the acquisition will accelerate deployment of its AI platforms across Acolad's customer base and create cross-selling opportunities, with the deal funded through existing facilities.
