Proposes to cancel its AIM listing and return up to USD5.0 million to shareholders through a tender offer to buy back up to 23.3 million shares, or 4.7% of its issued share capital, at 16p each. The video games publisher calls a general meeting on September 8 to seek shareholder approval and says, subject to the delisting proceeding, it intends to launch a second USD5.0 million tender offer within 12 months of the cancellation.

DigitalBox PLC, down 17% at 5.25 pence, 12-month range 3.80p-6.50p. Warns full-year revenue and Ebitda will fall short of market expectations after Meta Platform's algorithm changes hit audience traffic from the second quarter. The digital media company reports first-half revenue fell 12% to around GBP1.7 million with Ebitda broadly at breakeven. DigitalBox says it is launching a Creator Network of more than 200 creators to diversify revenue through original video content and branded partnerships, while targeting an Ebitda margin of around 8% for 2026.

Wellnex Life Ltd, up 69% at 5.50 pence, 12-month range 3.00p-15.50p. The consumer healthcare company says proceeds will be used to repay all of its AUD10.2 million debt, leaving it debt-free on completion. It also will be used to fund growth in its remaining healthcare and contract manufacturing operations and potentially to support a return of capital to shareholders. Completion is subject to shareholder approval at a September 8 meeting.

Georgina Energy PLC, up 10% at 15.75 pence, 12-month range 2.30p-16.00p. Says final pre-drill site works are underway at its Hussar EP513 project in Australia, with the September spud date remaining on track. The company says the well will target the primary subsalt reservoir formations as it advances preparations for drilling in the third quarter.
