Foresight Environmental Infrastructure Ltd - environmental infrastructure investor across the UK and Europe - Agrees on a one-year extension to its GBP150 million revolving credit facility, and activates a GBP15 million accordion facility. Says it is GBP123.2 million drawn on the RCF, with the extra capacity offering greater headroom for its existing commitments and the development of its environmental infrastructure portfolio. Notes the extended facility matures in June 2028, with the interest remaining linked to its ESG performance. Adds that the margins range from 205 basis points to 215 basis points over the Sterling Overnight Index Average for sterling borrowings, and the Euro Interbank Offered Rate for euro borrowings.
