Pulsar Group PLC - London-based software-as-a-service provider for the marketing and communications industries - Says it delivered a strong performance in the year ended November 30, "characterised by accelerating organic growth...and the successful delivery of [GBP7.0 million] of annualised cost savings". These were mainly due to automation and the decommissioning of duplicate legacy technology, Pulsar says. Annual recurring revenue increases to GBP64.5 million at the year's end, up from GBP60.6 million the year before. Says the EMEA & North America region "continues to be the primary engine of growth", with ARR increasing on-year to GBP34.2 million. Expects total revenue for the year to show "modest growth" at constant exchange rates to around GBP61.0 million from GBP62.0 million. Read More

IN BRIEF: Pulsar hails contract win; trading in line with expectations

Pulsar Group PLC - London-based software-as-a-service provider for the marketing and communications industries - Wins major, multi-year contract from a marketing and communications group worth EUR2.1 million in annualised recurring revenue and EUR6.3 million in total revenue over the life of the initial agreement. In addition, says operating performance was in line with expectations for the financial year ended November, reflecting momentum during the second half in particular. Expects cost savings of more than GBP7.0 million. "This is the second contract win in the last 12 months where Pulsar has been able to expand its services to extend into a group-wide and global mandate and the board sees a great market opportunity to build on this positive trajectory. This contract demonstrates the accelerating momentum of the group and we remain confident in the outlook for the group," says Chief Executive Joanna Arnold. Read More
