Update regarding HMRC

Pulsar Group Plc (AIM: PULS) notes recent press speculation regarding the Group’s engagement with HM Revenue & Customs (“HMRC”).

The Group is in regular dialogue with HMRC regarding the timing of certain VAT and PAYE payments. Substantial payments have already been made, and the Board expects the remaining amounts to be settled from the Group’s normal cash collections.

The Group’s underlying trading position is stable, the business is operating as normal and the Board anticipates reaching a satisfactory conclusion with HMRC.
