Burford Capital Ltd - London- and New York-based litigation finance provider - Completes its share repurchase programme authorised in February and connected with future obligations under its deferred compensation plan. The company says it repurchases 475,000 shares of nil par value in open market transactions in the US for an aggregate consideration if USD3.9 million between March 10 and March 12. It says its issued share capital is now made of 220.7 million shares, of which 2.2 million are held in treasury without voting rights. Read More
