Burford Capital Ltd - litigation finance provider, which has offices in London and New York - Announces the planned private offering of USD300 million aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2029 by its indirect, wholly owned subsidiary, Burford Capital Global Finance LLC. Intends to use the proceeds to redeem as soon as practicable following the closing of the offering the 6.250% senior notes due 2028 of Burford Capital Global Finance LLC.
