Burford Capital Ltd - London- and New York-based litigation financing - Prices USD300 million in 8.0% senior secured notes due 2029, issued by wholly owned subsidiary Burford Capital Global Finance LLC. Burford says the funds from the new debt notes will be used to redeem its 6.25% senior notes due 2028.
