Amigo Resources PLC - London-based natural resources company - Appoints Nathan Boom as chief executive officer with immediate effect, succeeding Nicholas Beal. Boom joins from TerraCom Ltd, where he held senior roles including chief commercial officer and chief financial officer. Amigo will issue Boom 10 million ordinary Amigo shares as an inducement for joining the company.
