Watkin Jones PLC - London-based residential property developer - Announces the topping out of the Skywalks purpose-built student accommodation at Freestone Road in Bristol, which it calls "a significant milestone in the delivery of the scheme". 'Topping out' marks the completion of a building's structure. Watkin Jones says the development is for a joint venture between Moorfield Group and Tiger Developments, for which it is the delivery partner. Expects the 204-bed property, which will be managed by Tiger's Host Students business, to help meet "growing demand for high-quality student accommodation in one of the UK’s most undersupplied university cities."
