MicroSalt PLC - London-based provider of low-sodium salt products - Accepts an additional subscription of GBP100,000 further to its GBP2.3 million fundraise reported on Monday, following an "administrative oversight" whereby a legitimate order was not processed. Says it has issued 143,000 new shares on the same terms as the fundraising, at 70p. Notes that the subscriber is also being granted two warrants in respect of each additional share they are subscribing, again reflecting the same terms as Monday's fundraise. Read More
