Small-cap and AIM movers in focus:

Tullow Oil, down 49% at 10.02p, 12-month range 3.51p-25.00p. It discloses that critical arbitration proceedings in Ghana had not ended in the company's favour. Tullow Oil says it was "disappointed" by the International Chamber of Commerce tribunal's decision. The tribunal rules that a USD196.5 million corporate income tax assessment does not breach Tullow's petroleum agreements with the Ghanaian governments.

Liontrust Asset Management, up 14% at 297.75p, 12-month range 223.00p-358.00p. It unveils an up to GBP10 million buy of the fund management and model portfolio services business of Hawksmoor Fund Management and Hawksmoor Investment Services. The deal adds around GBP1.9 billion of assets under management and advice. The asset management company will pay GBP6 million in cash upfront under the terms of the deal, plus two contingent payments of up to GBP2 million each in cash.

Marks Electrical Group PLC, up 7.9% at 49.10p, 12-month range 42.00p-52.00p. The online electrical retailer now expects adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation will be ahead of market expectations, at no less than GBP3.8 million for the year to March 31. Revenue is to be "broadly in line with market expectations".

everplay Group PLC, up 6.9% at 452.50p, 12-month range 205.00p-463.50p. The video games publisher says "trading has continued to be very strong". "Both Wardogs and Hell Let Loose: Vietnam continue to perform ahead of expectations, while back catalogue performance remains resilient. Hell Let Loose: Vietnam has recently exceeded one million copies sold across PC and console, while Wardogs has sold approximately three million copies in early access on PC," it adds. everplay expects revenue and adjusted Ebitda for 2026 to be materially ahead of the current market expectations.
