Nativo Resources PLC - developing vertically integrated gold mining and processing business in Peru - Raises GBP640,000 from an institutional equity offer, which will be used in part for the commissioning phase of the La Patona gold ore processing plant. This will form one of Nativo's three core activities, alongside gold mining and recovery of gold from tailings, or mine waste. Sells 320.0 million new shares at 0.20 pence each in a placing with institutional investors and director subscriptions. Nativo hopes to raise a further GBP60,000 from an offer to retail investors at the same price.
