Small-cap and AIM movers in focus:
----------
Ecofin US Renewables Infrastructure Trust PLC, down 9.1% at USD0.13, 12-month range USD0.11-USD0.26. The investment trust reports a 24.1% negative net asset value total return for the first half as it continues its managed wind-down. NAV per share falls to 21.3 US cents at June 30 from 37.6 cents at the end of 2025, while net assets decline to USD29.4 million from USD51.9 million. The trust's remaining portfolio comprises a 49.5% interest in the Beacon 2 and Beacon 5 solar projects in California, which have a combined generating capacity of 107.8 megawatts and generated 97.4 gigawatt-hours of clean electricity during the period. Ecofin US Renewables has USD10.6 million in cash and no outstanding debt at the corporate level. No dividend is declared as the company focuses on realising its remaining assets and returning cash to shareholders.
----------
Bluebird Mining Ventures Ltd, down 7.6% at 0.04 pence, 12-month range 0.04p-1.15p. Agrees to convert GBP197,200 of debt owed to Skylake Management LLP into 328.7 million new shares at 0.060p each, as it seeks to preserve cash for operational activities and reduce debt. The conversion price represents around a 20% premium to the 30-day volume-weighted average price and a premium to Thursday's closing mid-price. The debt, which Skylake acquired from third-party creditors and was disclosed in April, will be extinguished once the shares are admitted to the Main Market. Bluebird will also issue 30.0 million shares at 0.5p to Skylake to settle a separate previously announced GBP150,000 obligation, while a GBP750,000 deferred obligation remains outstanding.
----------
Nativo Resources PLC, up 98% at 0.40 pence, 12-month range 0.75p-0.16p. The gold producer agrees financing and an equity subscription with Chancery Royalty to fund the first phase of its La Patona gold processing plant. Nativo expects to draw USD3.5 million of project finance over seven months, alongside a GBP600,000 equity subscription to be completed in two tranches. Following the financing transaction, Chancery Royalty is expected to hold an 8.7% stake in Nativo.
----------
Dianomi PLC, up 70% at 64.50 pence, 12-month range 12.00p-66.00p. Taboola.com agrees to acquire Dianomi in a recommended deal valuing the digital advertising firm at up to GBP27.0 million. Under the offer, Dianomi shareholders receive 64 pence in cash per share, valuing the company at around GBP19.0 million, plus contingent consideration of up to a further 24p per share. The cash portion represents a 68% premium to Dianomi's closing price of 38.0p on Thursday, while the maximum 88p consideration represents a 132% premium. Dianomi's board unanimously recommends the acquisition, while Taboola has secured irrevocable undertakings covering around 75.3% of Dianomi's issued shares. Taboola says the combination will strengthen its performance advertising offering.
----------
Mothercare PLC, down 71% at 0.23 pence, 12-month range 0.18p-3.50p. The retailer launches a strategic review and warns that its long-term solvency is "highly uncertain" after its Middle East franchise partner began reviewing its store estate amid a volatile trading backdrop. Mothercare expects the "substantial majority" of its franchise stores in the region to close during 2027, leading to a "material reduction" in its 2028 order book and negatively affecting revenue, profit and cash flow. The company says it currently has sufficient resources to continue trading for several more months while it assesses its options.
