Rio Tinto PLC - London-based metals and mining company - Prices USD9.0 billion of fixed and floating rate debt securities through Rio Tinto Finance USA PLC. The offering consists of eight tranches, with maturities ranging from two to forty years and fixed coupon rates between 4.38% and 5.88%. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including repaying debt linked to the acquisition of Arcadium Lithium PLC.
