IN BRIEF: LPA completes acquisition of Eaton Electrical provider
LPA Group PLC - Saffron Walden, Essex-based engineering firm focused on electronic and electro-mechanical components and systems - Completes its acquisition of the UK trade and assets of a power supply provider from Eaton Electrical Products Ltd. LPA agreed to buy the Powertron division in late January, in a deal which sees it taking on Powertron's ease dilapidation obligations due in 2026. These are estimated to stand at around GBP200,000. Terms also involve LPA assuming liability for any customer product warranty claims, capped at a total of GBP150,000.
