VSA Capital Group PLC - London-based investment bank and broker - Pretax profit more than halves to GBP131,000 in the six months that ended September 30 from GBP298,000 a year before. Revenue is steady at GBP1.8 million, but administrative expenses increase to GBP1.6 million from GBP1.3 million. Diluted earnings per share are 0.2 pence, down from 0.6p.
