ICFG Ltd - investment company established to acquire businesses focused on improving the delivery and use of financial services in Asia, formerly known as Fintech Asia Ltd - Reports 2025 pretax profit fell 51% to USD15.7 million from USD31.9 million, despite net interest income rising 31% to USD54.4 million and net operating income increasing 17% to USD56.8 million. Profit was weighed down by a USD16.0 million listing expense, a tripling of expected credit loss provisions and higher operating costs.
