Update on Subsidiary Dividend Distribution
ICFG (LON:ICFG), the international financial services group, is pleased to announce that InvesCore NBFI Joint Stock Company ("InvesCore"), the Company's principal subsidiary, has distributed a dividend from its net profit for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
Further to the announcements dated 17 February 2026 and 20 April 2026, InvesCore confirms that the dividend has now been distributed in full to shareholders as of 31 July 2026.
ICFG and InvesCore would like to express its appreciation to its lending partners for their cooperation and continued support throughout this process.
