Focus Xplore PLC - gold exploration in Canada - Plans to focus its activities on early stage gold mining opportunities in Canada, previously having diversified its investments across six countries and into uranium, lithium and rare earth elements. Focus Xplore tells its annual general meeting on Thursday last week that the decision by its new board represents a return to the company's roots in gold exploration, having first expanded its gold assets in Africa in 2018. As a result of the new strategy, Focus Xplore has allowed several licenses acquired in 2025 to expire, while another will expire next month.
