First Class Metals PLC - Blackburn, England-based mining company focused on economic metal deposits in northwest Ontario - Completes repayment of total 9.7 million shares loaned to the company by FCM Director James Knowles. Shares were loaned in two tranches on November 24, 2023 and February 22, 2024.
