GlobalData PLC - London-based data analytics and consultancy - Confirms its intention to move to the London Stock Exchange's Main Market from AIM. Says it will apply for the admission of its entire issued share capital of ordinary shares to the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) category of the FCA's Official List. Anticipates admission taking place on March 5 at 0800 GMT, with shares set to be cancelled from AIM trading at the same time. Notes that admission remains subject to conditions, including approval by the FCA of a prospectus, and the shares being admitted by the FCA to the Official List, as well as by the LSE to trading on the Main Market.
