Aterian PLC - Africa-focused exploration for and trading of critical minerals, including copper, lithium and tantalum - Raises GBP455,000 in equity from the issue of 1.4 million new shares at 32.5 pence each to new and existing investors. The funds will be used to support the company's "rapidly expanding, revenue-generating mineral trading operations in Rwanda". Comments Executive Chair Charles Bray: "Over the past year, Aterian has made substantial progress in building a platform that bridges responsible sourcing, traceability, and commercial scalability in Africa's critical minerals sector.
