(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:
----------
Gem Diamonds Ltd - Lesotho-focused diamond miner - Gem says revenue in the third quarter of the year amounts to USD34.8 million, rising from USD25.7 million a year prior. It says 17,899 carats were sold during the quarter, down from 22,830 a year prior, but at a stronger average price of USD1,945 from USD1,124. "Three greater than 100 carat diamonds were recovered during the period bringing the total year to date recoveries of greater than 100 carat diamonds to six," Gem says. Total carats recovered declined on-year to 19,299 from 22,268. It lifts its carats sold guidance for the full-year to a 79,000 to 81,000 range, up from a prior view of 77,000 to 80,000.
----------
FDM Group Holdings PLC - London-based professional services provider with a focus on information technology - It predicts a 2026 outturn in line with its expectations. It reports "momentum in customer engagement has continued" and the number of consultants assigned to clients as at the end of October rose to 2,070 from 2,042 at the June half-year end, and 2,003 at the end of October 2025. "Across the group, there are stronger pockets of performance, with our North American operations showing signs of more normalised hiring cycles and our UK public sector and retail-focused activities showing resilience. Elsewhere, trading environments remain mixed, but there are some encouraging opportunities for us to focus on," FDM adds. "We continue to adjust our resources in line with market conditions, prudently managing our cost base while retaining sufficient agility to respond to evolving client demand."
----------
MedPal AI PLC - London-based digital health and AI company - MedPal says its revenue increased in October, aided by strong growth in its New Health offering. Group revenue last month surged to GBP4.1 million from GBP3.2 million in September. The reading suggests an annualised run rate revenue of GBP49 million. At New Health, revenue surges 33% on-month to GBP3.6 million. New Health repeat order revenue more than doubled in October to GBP1.3 million, MedPal adds. New Health is the firm's dedicated GLP-1 weight management clinic. "New Health served almost 20,000 new customers in October and has now served more than 53,000 customers since marketing began on 1 July 2026, up from over 42,500 reported on 15 October 2026 and more than 33,500 at 30 September 2026," MedPal says. "With a building repeat order base, strong new customer acquisition and expanded operational capability, the group remains confident in continuing to deliver strong levels of growth."
----------
Image Scan Holdings PLC - Leicestershire, England-based provider of X-ray screening systems - It hails a "strong performance" in the year to September 30. In a trading statement, it says it expects to report revenue of GBP3.4 million, more than doubling from GBP1.6 million. It predicts a swing to pretax profit of GBP300,000, from a loss of GBP300,000. "This performance validates the Group's product strategy and the investment made in building a broader, more relevant portfolio. Newer products brought to market in recent years have made an important contribution to revenue, alongside strong execution, continued cost control and successful contract delivery across portable X-ray, industrial inspection and aftersales. The result demonstrates that the current product platform can support materially higher levels of turnover and profit," Image Scan says. "Image Scan enters FY27 with greater confidence, a clear strategic direction and a platform from which to build compound organic growth, develop ClanTect and pursue further complementary acquisitions. The Board remains focused on consistent execution, continued product innovation, broader engagement with investors and the creation of enduring value for shareholders."
----------
Zotefoams PLC - Croydon, London-headquartered foams, insulation, seals and interior trims provider - Says third quarter revenue amounts to GBP41.8 million, a rise of 9% from GBP38.2 million. However, revenue is down 7% on an organic basis, "reflecting lower footwear revenue". Footwear revenue sinks to GBP9.3 million from GBP17.6 million. It expects adjusted pretax profit for 2026 in line with market expectations, which it puts at GBP26.3 million. This would represent a rise from GBP21.2 million in 2025. "The board remains confident in its medium-term ambitions of revenue above GBP230 million and operating profit of GBP40 million by FY2029," it adds.
----------
Orosur Mining Inc - South America-focused minerals explorer and developer - It reports further drilling results from its Anza gold project in Colombia, where three rigs are currently operating. At the APTA prospect holes MAP109 and MAP110 have returned "moderate mineralisation and have added to the geological understanding" of the deposit. Orosur says APTA is transitioning towards a resource drilling programme, while exploration at Pepas is shifting towards South Pepas following the completion of land access agreements. Drilling has also resumed at El Cedro, while new targets are being developed at El Yarumo. "Work at Anza has ramped up in recent times, accelerating on multiple fronts. With a new government and mining administration in place in Colombia, and with a solid balance sheet, we feel confident we can advance development at Pepas while in parallel moving APTA to resource and exploring the exciting Cedro/Yarumo cluster," CEO Brad George says.
----------
Aterian PLC - minerals exploration and trading in Africa, including copper-silver projects in Morocco and Botswana and an exploration licence in Rwanda - Hails a "significant step forward" in its exploration work with Lithosquare SAS. It reports a 800 metres reverse circulation drilling programme is to begin at Aterian's 85%-owned Azrar copper and silver project in Morocco. "The programme is fully funded through the joint venture, with the drill rig mobilised to site and access upgrades and drill pad preparation underway," Aterian adds. "The programme will test the continuity and subsurface extent of surface mineralisation and provide data to guide the next phase of exploration."
