ASA International Group PLC - Worthing, England-based international microfinance company - Appoints Charles Harman as chair and non-executive director, effective June 4. Adds that Chair Guy Dawson and Deputy Chair Dirk Brouwer have confirmed their plans to step down. Notes Harman's over 40 years of experience in commercial and financial roles across global markets, including serving as vice chair of JP Morgan Cazenove and in leadership roles at Credit Suisse First Boston and BXR Partners.
