M Winkworth PLC - London-based real estate agency franchisor - Appoints Tara Tan as executive director, effective immediately. Tan previously served as director of legal and business affairs for the company's subsidiary, Winkworth Franchising Ltd. After spells as a consultant and general counsel, Tan joined the board of Winkworth Franchising in 2020.
