IN BRIEF: Tungsten West names Katherine Callaghan as non-exec director
Tungsten West PLC - Devon, England-based mining development company - Appoints Katherine Callaghan as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect. Tungsten West says Callaghan is an experienced non-executive director with significant board, governance and leadership experience across the engineering, manufacturing, aerospace and defence sectors. She is currently a Non-Executive Director and Remuneration Committee Chair at High Value Manufacturing Catapult and RLC Aerospace, and previously held the same role at AIM-listed Epwin Group PLC. She also holds senior HR experience at Rotork PLC and Dyson, with expertise in organisational transformation, M&A, succession planning and executive recruitment, Tungsten says.
