IN BRIEF: Beauty Tech prices reverse accelerated bookbuild

Beauty Tech Group PLC - Cheshire, England-based seller of at-home beauty treatment technology - Prices its buyback via reverse accelerated bookbuild at 400 pence per share for a total of GBP1.2 million. Beauty Tech says this "represents a highly attractive and value-accretive price for the company and continuing shareholders," as it is below share price of 454p at market close on Monday. The London branch of Joh Berenberg, Gossler & Co KG, acting as a riskless principal, has a put option exercisable on Thursday. The transaction is expected to settle on October 5. Beauty Tech expects to buy back the remaining GBP18.9 million shares through a new rolling on-market buyback. Read More

Beauty Tech Group PLC - Cheshire, England-based seller of at-home beauty treatment technology - says it has engaged the London branch of Joh Berenberg, Gossler & Co KG to implement its planned up to GBP20 million share buyback programme through a reverse accelerated bookbuild, commencing immediately. Notes that this value is before the associated fees, expenses, and stamp duty. Says Berenberg will buy up to 16.6 million shares or, if lower, shares worth up to GBP20 million, depending on the offers it receives in the bookbuild. The bookbuild will close at 1635 BST on Wednesday. Read More
