(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:
----------
Impax Asset Management Group PLC - London-based investment manager focused on sustainable ventures - Reports GBP20.05 billion in total assets under management as of September 30, down 14% from GBP23.29 billion as of June 30, and 23% from GBP26.01 billion one year prior. Net outflows for the fourth quarter ended September 30 totalled GBP2.39 billion, versus GBP7.78 billion the year before. "The net outflows for the quarter were concentrated in actively managed listed equities...and principally reflect the 'lag effect' of clients responding to the previous weaker investment performance of some strategies," says Chief Executive Ian Simm. Net outflows for listed equities decreased to GBP2.17 billion from GBP7.45 billion. Simm says that "since the start of 2026 there has been a significant change in equities markets...as investors reconsider areas such as energy security, resource efficiency and electrification, particularly in the context of the build out of AI...many of our strategies in this area are performing positively compared to broad benchmarks and particularly so compared to peers." He says the firm expects to see its flows improve as its "performance track record strengthens", and notes that its private markets team "is seeking additional capital as it identifies investment opportunities across Europe."
----------
Beauty Tech Group PLC - Cheshire, England-based seller of at-home beauty treatment technology - Announces launch of an up to GBP20 million 'rolling' share buyback programme. Enters a non-discretionary agreement with Berenberg to repurchase up to 16.3 million shares or, if lower, shares worth up to approximately GBP18.85 million in total. Says the aim is to reduce its share capital, so it will cancel any repurchased shares. Directors will not be selling any of their shares.
----------
Everyman Media Group PLC - London-based chain of 49 premium cinemas - Proposes delisting its shares from AIM, saying that its board unanimously recommends an exit from trading. Says shareholders in favour of the cancellation, including three directors, account for 61.2% of its issued share capital. Everyman's board has since concluded that "the disadvantages associated with maintaining the admission...to trading on AIM [are] disproportionately high when compared to the perceived benefits". Says it has "a limited free float and a lack of liquidity" on AIM, which it believes "has negatively impacted the share price of the company and is unlikely to change." Adds that its market capitalisation, which is GBP45.3 million as of Tuesday afternoon with the stock down 9.2%, "does not reflect the positive achievements nor the underlying prospects of the business." Being unlisted, meanwhile, would mean that management "can better take and implement strategic decisions that will assist the business in creating long term value," but which "could be viewed negatively...which is likely to negatively affect investor sentiment and therefore the share price and reputation of the company." In particular, it "has to execute strategic steps and undertake significant investment to reduce its reliance on admissions". The latter "is likely to negatively affect the financial performance of the company over the next 12 to 24 months." Says that its reliance on film slates means it "has struggled to provide accurate guidance on its future financial performance," and that while this year has been "very successful," it "expects a tougher outlook for 2027 before the market returns to growth in 2028 and 2029." The company has called a general meeting for October 30 to vote on the matter.
----------
Rosebank Industries PLC - London-based industrial company investor, owning CPM and MW Components - Chief Operating Officer Liam Butterworth buys 161,045 shares at 309.70 pence, for GBP498,750 in total, on Tuesday in London.
----------
Samuel Heath & Sons PLC - Birmingham, England based shower and bathroom accessory manufacturer - Appoints Sarn Lloyd to its board as finance director, effective immediately. Lloyd has been its head of finance since February, and was previously chief financial officer at specialist engineering business group Neos International Ltd. He also "spent nine years with a leading global metal packaging group with annual revenues of approximately USD9 billion, where he held a number of finance roles spanning financial control, reporting and business support." "Sarn joins us with a wealth of financial experience in UK engineering businesses, and we welcome the new insight that his commercial acumen and strategic perspective bring to our board," comments Chair Anthony Buttanshaw.
