Beauty Tech Group PLC - Cheshire, England-based seller of at-home beauty treatment technology - Investment bank Joh Berenberg, Gossler & Co KG confirms shareholders in Beauty Tech have sold 8.8 million shares, 7.9% of the company's total, at 300 pence per share, worth GBP26.4 million in total. The selling investors are pre-initial public offer shareholders, and the sale follows a post-IPO lock-in. It was run by Berenberg as an accelerated bookbuild to institutional investors.
