Dorfman now has 7.4 million shares, an 8.1% stake. Everyman Media on Tuesday said Dorfman is among a group of director-shareholders who want to de-list the company from the AIM market in London. Everyman Media Group PLC - London-based premium cinema chain - Hires Sheree Manning as chief financial officer, starting on Monday next week and joining the board on February 24. Manning joins from newspaper publisher National World PLC, where she has been CFO since 2023. The Leeds-based owner of the Yorkshire Post and the Scotsman was listed in London until being taken over by Media Concierge Holdings Ltd in May last year. At Everyman, Manning replaces Finance Director Will Worsdell, who is leaving on March 13. The departure of Worsdell was announced in December less than a week after Everyman issued a profit warning and just two weeks before Alex Scrimgeour left immediately as chief executive officer. Scrimgeour has not yet been replaced, with Farah Golant, previously a non-executive director, serving as interim CEO. Everyman provides no update on its CEO search on Friday but says Charles Dorfman, another non-executive director, will move into the role of interim creative director.
