IN BRIEF: Everyman Media loses recruit for CFO; promotes internally
Everyman Media Group PLC - London-based cinema chain - Says Jeremy Summerfield "will no longer be joining the board as chief financial officer", giving no reason for this. Back at the end of March, Everyman had announced that Summerfield would join as CFO on or before July 1. Summerfield most recently was CFO for Americas & EMEA at Dynata, a US-based data platform provider, prior to which he was finance director of Ogilvy & Mather, part of advertising and marketing firm WPP PLC. Everyman had announced the departure of Elizabeth Lake as CFO back in December. Instead on Tuesday, the company says it has promoted Finance Director Will Worsdell to the board as an executive director, effective immediately.
